Wind turbine blades technical condition report

It is generated in the aisBlade application directly after the automatically performed inspection mission. In the first phase, the Client receives a report in an interactive, editable form, where the person delegated by the Client can make any corrections, then approve the report and download it in PDF format.

The report includes the original, precisely taken photo of the fault, with a zoom added next to it, covering the fault.

Defect description

For each fault, the report contains a detailed description including the fault category, its location on the given blade, the size and severity of the damage.

Proposed service action

Each fault is assessed for its level of urgency – whether the fault is critical and requires immediate intervention, for example, or can be repaired as part of planned maintenance. Based on the information collected, the required service actions are proposed in the report.

Results Summary

At the very beginning of the report, we present a summary of the results so that the client receives quick, comprehensive information about the technical condition of the tested wind turbine.
